Beautiful things take time!

Gift bouquets:

Take a look at my gallery to get a feel of the options available. There's more room for customisation for my bespoke options versus set designs.

Please order at least 3 days before your expected delivery/ collection day. The cut-off time is at 6.00 pm 3 days before, for delivery after 3.00 pm. Orders received after the cut-off time will either incur a $10 rushed order surcharge, or be refunded.

Weddings, events, corporate or bulk orders:

Please contact me at least 14 days in advance with:

• Event date and delivery/ self-collection date and time
• Set-up and tear down date and time (if required)
• Delivery address (if delivery)
• Contact person and phone number
• Arrangements required and quantity
• Preferred flower type/ colour/ style (pictures are welcome!)
• Any flowers you absolutely don't want (eg, are allergic to)
• Total budget, including delivery/ set-up (if required)

Do note that up to 2 quotes will be provided free-of-charge prior to order confirmation. Subsequent quotes will be chargeable at $10 per revision/ hour of consultation. I seek your understanding that discussion on specific details is only possible after your order has been confirmed (i.e., initial payment made).

How to order

1) On the product page of your desired item, toggle the colour/ type selection to view more pictures.

2) Select your preferred quantity, colour(s), and delivery date/ timeslot.

3) Click 'add to cart'. If you have selected specific time delivery, or prefer self-collection, please let me know under 'special instructions to seller'.

4) Click 'check out'. 

5) Choose your payment method. PayPal Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are located at the top of the page, while credit card payment is at the lower portion. You can enter a discount code on this page.

6) Check for your order confirmation email/ SMS. Please be sure to leave your own email/ phone number in order to receive order updates!

P/S: Follow the same steps for enquiries on bridal bouquets, workshops and DIY items. Rest assured you will not be charged until I have confirmed with you on the details.

A little surprise *IMPORTANT*

If you are planning a surprise delivery, please DO NOT key in his/ her phone number or email at check-out! Simply indicate this under special instructions to seller on the cart page, and I will be in touch with you.

How to pay

Accepted modes of payment are:

• Credit/ debit card
• PayPal
• Bank transfer/ PayNow/ PayLah

Payment via bank transfer/ PayNow/ PayLah is preferred.

What happens after payment?

Your order is now being processed! The next update you will receive is when your order is on the way. If you do not receive this notification, chances are, you entered your recipient's contact at check out. Please contact me for updates.
